Sourcing FAQ
The questions every buyer asks first
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs run from 500 sets per colorway for bedding, 3,000 pieces per color for terry towels, 800 panels per quality for curtains and 1,200 pieces per design for table linen. Lower trial quantities are possible on stock qualities — tell us your target and we’ll find the nearest workable run.
Are samples free, and how long do they take?
Stock-quality swatch cards are free. Custom lab dips and sewn counter-samples carry a nominal tooling charge that is credited back against your first bulk order. Sampling takes seven to ten days after artwork and specs are confirmed; courier is at cost.
What are typical production lead times?
Bulk production runs 30 to 50 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on family, dye method and volume. Festive-season capacity books out roughly eight weeks ahead, so reserve slots early for Q4 deliveries.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against the copy bill of lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight from a prime bank. Established repeat accounts can discuss O/A terms after a credit review.
What shipping terms and ports do you work with?
We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo by default and can arrange CIF or DDP through our forwarders. Both FCL and LCL are supported, with loading plans and shipping marks shared before every departure so your warehouse knows exactly what arrives.
